Hello Magnus,

There isn’t a way to perfectly pre-format a note in TheBrain so it will fit exactly into Word or PDF pages on export.

There are a lot of variables involved, such as margins, font size, spacing, and page settings in the target document, so some adjustment is usually needed after exporting.

The typical approach is to export the content, then make final formatting adjustments in Word or your PDF editor.
