Thank you for sending the logs and screenshots from both devices.
Since you are seeing sync differences in both directions, I’m going to pass the logs along for review.
A few details would help us narrow this down:
On both devices, are you signed into the same TheBrain account?
Are both devices running the same TheBrain 15 version?
When you click Sync manually on each device, does sync complete successfully, or do you see any error message?
For the Excel file Extender Tracking, after editing it on the Venom laptop, was the spreadsheet saved and fully closed in Excel before syncing TheBrain?
For the missing Clients thought in First Hill Networking, does the thought appear correctly in the Web Client at:
That will help us determine which copy is currently matching the cloud version.
For now, please avoid making additional changes to the same affected thoughts/files from both devices until we understand which side is not syncing correctly.
