Sync Failure Visibility – Suggestion About Cloud Indicator #99730

I’m glad the sync completed successfully after correcting the filename issue.

Regarding visibility of sync status, there are currently a couple of indicators built in:

• The cloud icon changes color based on sync state. Green indicates fully synced, and orange indicates pending sync activity or a sync issue.

• In the latest v15 builds, the Sync dropdown provides more detailed information, including Brain sync status and any ongoing or failed sync activity.

That said, your point is well taken. If the visual signal was not obvious enough to draw attention to a prolonged sync failure, that’s important usability feedback. Especially for a primary Brain, sync health needs to be unmistakable.

If you recall whether the cloud icon was showing orange during that period, or whether it appeared normal, that detail would help us determine whether this was a visibility issue or something else.
