Time error from Scott #98527
https://thebrain.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/98527
Hello Scott,
Thank you for your message.
The “incorrect time” message means your computer’s system clock is out of sync with the secure time server TheBrain uses to validate connections. Even a difference of a few seconds can cause the sync request to be rejected. Please check your computer’s clock against https://www.time.gov to see how far off it may be.
If it’s off by more than a few seconds, I recommend resynchronizing your clock with an official time server. This quick guide walks through the steps:
https://allthings.how/how-to-sync-time-in-windows-11/
After resyncing, restart TheBrain and try syncing again. If you still see the same message, let me know what time difference shows on time.gov so I can advise further.
Regarding the password reset "link", could you confirm if that is still an issue? If so, could you please send your email, I can send a direct reset link there.
Best regards,
JohnC
