• Zendesk tutorial ticket
• case 1: issue with cantonese in search from brain 13 (fuzzy matching) and brain 14 (prefix matching) (reindex means if noticing words are not showing up even if it does exist, the brain has its own internal index. (file ? rebuild build index).
• in braindex there is educational discount, currently there is a special discount 40% (.edu emails auto qualify for it)
• If a customer just sends log report and does not write back or give more details, then put it as pending and after 30 days it auto deletes
• cant drag and drop issue, if free license then cannot drag and drop files but others can, or maybe he didnt log in yet. in this case the customer has a pro subscription, so we asked if he is logged in to that email etc. asked if he is logged into two simultaneously or in a wrong email, free accnts. again are unable to do drag and drop files.
• API issue. Currently no API support.
