The exception details are helpful. Since this happened in the web client, the most useful next step is to narrow down the exact action that triggered it.

Could you please let us know:

• Were you clicking a thought in the online Brain tree or Plex?

• Did it happen on one specific thought, or while browsing generally?

• If it was a specific thought, please send the thought name or ID if you have it

• Did the crash happen once, or can you reproduce it?

• Were you viewing the Brain while logged in, or through a shared/public web view?

• Which browser were you using?

If it happens again, a screenshot or short recording showing the click/action right before the crash would also help.
