Thanks for getting back and sending the screenshot.

The error is happening because the file path you selected is not valid. It shows something like:

E:\openfile:\E:\KAFAM 2022-03-26.brz

That’s not a proper file path in Windows. Instead, you need to make sure the file is located somewhere like:

E:\KAFAM 2022-03-26.brz

or

C:\Users[YourName]\Documents\KAFAM 2022-03-26.brz

Then open TheBrain, click the three-bar menu in the top-left, go to Import > Brain Archive (.brz), and browse to the file by clicking through the folders, don’t paste the path manually. Just find the file and select it normally.
