Thank you for the detailed follow-up and for taking the time to record the video, that was very helpful.

I can clearly see the behavior you’re describing now, especially around the MathJax rendering and the typing issue after inserting a formula. That gives us a much better picture, and we’re taking a closer look at that on our side.

Regarding the startup issue you mentioned, where TheBrain runs in the background but doesn’t open, we should investigate that separately.

When you have a moment, please send us a log file from one of those failed launches:

• Open Finder (Mac) or File Explorer (Windows)

• Navigate to:

Mac: ~/.TheBrain/v9/Logs

Windows: %LocalAppData%\TheBrain\Logs

• Locate Output.log and attach it to your reply

If possible, try to reproduce the issue, then send the log right after.

I’ll follow up once we have more insight on both items.
