To help narrow this down, could you please confirm whether the BrainBox extension behaves the same way in a standard, fully supported Chromium browser, such as:

• Google Chrome
• Microsoft Edge

Some Chromium-based browsers (including AI-augmented or privacy-focused variants) handle extensions and window permissions differently, which can prevent BrainBox from opening the captured page for editing.

Please let us know:

• Whether the issue occurs in Chrome or Edge as well
• If it works there, but not in Comet, that will help us determine whether this is a browser-specific limitation

If the problem also occurs in a standard browser, the next step would be to gather a screenshot or short screen recording and review it more closely.
