It sounds like the sync completed on desktop and the web client properly reflected the update, but the iOS app didn’t immediately pick it up in the Plex view. In cases like this, the best way to trigger a manual sync on iOS is to:

1. Open the iPhone app
2. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner
3. Select Start Sync

This helps ensure your mobile client gets the most up-to-date data from the cloud, especially after recent edits from the desktop or web.

What you experienced seems like a delayed refresh in the Plex view, searching for the thought and accessing it directly likely forced the app to update that local view.
