Hello Ben,

Thank you for the detailed report. I understand why this is frustrating, especially if the Brain has become difficult to work with.

Since your report, we have had newer builds go out. Before we push this further, I would like to make sure we are looking at the behavior on the latest available build, 15.0.522.

Please update to 15.0.522 and then test the same large Brain again. If the long delays, editing lag, or crashes are still present there, please send us a fresh Output.log captured from that version so we can review what is happening.

You can send the log using these steps:

• Press Win + R

• Enter: %LocalAppData%\TheBrain\Logs

• Locate the file Output.log

• Send that file to us

If the issue is tied to a particular thought or action, please also mention that when replying, since that may help us narrow it down faster.
