Hello Roger,

Thank you for the update. Before we move any further, a few of your messages describe opposite behaviors, so I need to confirm exactly what is happening now.

Please confirm these points:

1. Can you currently open any Brain at all? In one part of your message you said no Brain opens, but in the next sentence you mentioned 2L opening again. I need to confirm which is true right now.
2. Is the original white-screen launch issue now completely gone? Your recent screenshots show a Brain window visible, so I want to verify that this part is no longer happening.
3. When a Brain does open (such as 2L), does the Plex always fail to render? For example, all thoughts stuck in the upper-left and no link lines drawn.
4. Does Outline view load at all, or does it also immediately error?

After you confirm the above, we can proceed with the correct next step.

If you are seeing “Something went wrong” instead of a white screen, then we should capture a clean log of that specific error:

• Quit TheBrain

• Delete your Output.log

• Relaunch TheBrain 15

• Open a Brain that triggers “Something went wrong”

• Repeat a couple of times

• Send the new Output.log

This will help engineering see the specific rendering or initialization failure.
