macOs time sync error #94532
https://thebrain.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/94532
Hello Karl,
It seems that the clock on your computer might be slightly out of sync with what our server expects. Please take a moment to compare your computer's clock with the time displayed at https://www.timeanddate.com.
Even if your clock is set to update automatically, minor discrepancies can still occur. Our server allows only a very small time difference, so if your clock is off by more than a few seconds, the server may reject the time your computer provides and display the message about the time being too different.
If this issue persists, I recommend manually setting your clock using an authoritative time source like https://www.time.gov to ensure it is as accurate as possible.
For Mac users, this article provides a useful guide on adjusting clock settings:How to Fix Date and Time on Mac.
Additionally, you might want to try an NVRAM reset, which could help recalibrate your clock, as time zone information is stored in your computer's NVRAM. You can find detailed instructions here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204063
Let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you need further assistance!
Best regards,
John
