Thank you for the additional details.

Since this was last reviewed, several TheBrain 15 updates have been released, including fixes around report behavior. Before we run more tests on your Brain, could you please update to the latest available build and test the same report again?

You can update here:

Main Menu > Help > Check for Updates

After updating, please check whether the report now includes:

• the current home thought,
• an older parentless thought that was previously missing,
• a newly created parentless thought,
• and a pinned parentless thought, if possible.

If some of those still do not appear, please send us a new screenshot of the report after updating, along with the exact version number shown in:

Main Menu > Help > About TheBrain

That will help us confirm whether this is still the same issue or a remaining case that needs separate review.
