Right now, TheBrain AI uses a more structured format when merging responses into notes, which can result in your input being struck out, echoed, or reformatted depending on the template. This is by design, but we know it doesn’t always feel as smooth or clean as a traditional ChatGPT-style exchange where your prompt is fully preserved.

The good news is that we’re actively working on expanded AI tools that will offer more flexibility, including greater control over formatting, prompt visibility, and how the interaction is saved into your Brain.
