I’m not quite able to see the issue clearly from what came through. Could you please resend the video or share a screen recording that shows the behavior (Didn't receive any video from my end on the email, maybe upload on a gdrive with permission for anyone to view? or any other uploading media with links)

If possible, a brief note on what action you’re taking and what you expect to happen versus what actually happens would also help.
