Thank you again for your help while we look into this. We weren’t able to reproduce the crash on our end, so we’d like to narrow it down a bit.

Could you please share the raw URL of that specific attachment (the one shown in your recording)?

Also, when you have a moment, please let us know:

• Does this happen on any other attachments, or only on that one?

• Does it occur every time you try, or only sometimes?

• Does it only happen when you start dragging from the attachment’s icon, or does it also happen if you begin the drag from its text or another area?

That information will help us pinpoint the cause much faster.
