Update Payment Method #98803

Hello Michael,

Thank you for writing in.

You can update your payment method from the web version of TheBrain. Please log in at https://app.thebrain.com, then click your initials in the top right, choose Account Info and Tools, and open Subscription and License Management. Under Payment Info, you should see the option to update your card on file.

If you don’t see that option or the button doesn’t respond, please let me know and I can take care of the update for you on our side.
