Thank you for reaching out, and I really appreciate your kind words, we’re glad to hear TheBrain is helping with your task management!

At the moment, TheBrain doesn’t have a built-in integration with Google Tasks, so checkbox lists created in your notes won’t sync automatically. While we’ve heard similar requests, there’s currently no out-of-the-box solution for connecting TheBrain directly to Google Tasks.

That said, for users who have development resources or access to a technical team, we do offer a public API that can be used to build custom workflows — including syncing tasks between TheBrain and external tools like Google Tasks. You can learn more about the API and request access here:

We also understand that platforms like Zapier can be difficult to configure without coding experience. In the meantime, many users simply use checkbox lists in TheBrain as their central task tracker, or manually mirror high-priority items into Google Tasks when needed.
