Thank you for the update, and for narrowing it down further.

I've shared the report with the team along with the log and your observation that the requests may have been firing faster than intended.

While it's certainly possible that the request rate contributed to the behavior, I'd rather have the team review the logs before drawing any conclusions.

I'll follow up once we've had a chance to take a closer look.
