Images Goes Blank #99139

Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry for the concern this is causing, let’s take this step by step and see what’s going on.

First, I’d like to check whether the image files themselves are still present, or if this is a display issue.

Please try the following:

1. Select one of the thoughts where the image appears blank.
2. Open the thought folder:
   • On Windows: press Ctrl + Shift + F
   • On macOS: press Cmd + Shift + F
3. In the folder that opens, check whether you can see the image file there (for example, a .jpg or .png file).

Please let me know:

• Whether the image file is still present in that folder
• Whether the image opens normally if you double-click it outside of TheBrain
• Whether this is happening to all images, or only certain ones

Also, please tell me:

• Which version of TheBrain you’re using
• Your operating system (Windows or macOS)

Once we know whether the files are still there, we can determine the next best step. If needed, I may also ask you for a log file after we narrow this down.
