We attempted to replicate the issue on our end but were unable to do so. To help us investigate further, could you please provide the following?

1. A screen recording of you attempting to replicate the issue.
2. A log file by navigating to Help > Open Log Directory, then attaching the Output.log file.

This will help us better understand what’s happening and identify any potential causes.
