Thank you for the clarification.

That helps. I’ll note that this happened while dragging a URL from Microsoft Edge into the Plex, and that the URL may have been from XDR or Substack.

Since the crashes are intermittent and not reproducible right now, continuing to send the crash reports is the right approach. When it happens again, please send both the new ErrorReport and the Output.log from right after the crash.

For the Output.log:

• Press Windows key + R

• Paste this path and press Enter:

%LocalAppData%\TheBrain\Logs

• Attach the file named Output.log

If you are able to remember any details when it happens again, please include them as well, especially:

• Whether the URL was dragged from Edge or another browser

• Whether it was dropped into the Plex, a note, or the attachments area

• The URL, if you still have it available

• Whether TheBrain was actively syncing or doing anything else at the same time

We’ll keep reviewing the reports as they come in and look for a pattern.
