Thank you for reaching out.

The AI Notes Generator button will only become active when you are inside the Notes editor. Please click into the Notes area for a Thought and then try the AI button again.

If it still doesn’t work, please check whether your country is listed here among those that do not support ChatGPT:

https://help.openai.com/en/articles/7947663-chatgpt-supported-countries

If your country is supported and the issue persists, please send us:

• A screenshot of what you see when trying to use the AI Notes Generator
• Your log file (in TheBrain, go to Help > Open Log Directory and attach the latest log)

Once we have that, we can investigate further.
