Hello Mike,

Thank you for reaching out and providing detailed information about the issue. At the moment, we’ve not been able to replicate the behavior you’ve described. To help us investigate further, could you please provide the following:

1. A video recording of the issue, demonstrating the behavior in TheBrain.
2. The output log file. (Help>Open Log Directory>Email it back here 🙂 )
3. A sample .brz file of your test Brain so we can test it on our end.

Once we have these details, we’ll be able to dig deeper into the issue and provide guidance.
