Hello,

Thank you for sending the log earlier.

On iOS, opening a .docx attachment depends on two things:

1. A compatible app, such as Microsoft Word, must be installed on the device.
2. That app must be set as the default app for opening .docx files.

If both of those are true, tapping a .docx attachment in TheBrain should open it in Word.

Could you please confirm:

• Do you have Microsoft Word installed from the App Store?

• If you tap a .docx file from another app, does it open correctly in Word?

Also, when you tap the attachment inside TheBrain, does nothing happen at all, or do you see any message or brief flash?

One additional note: we have a major update coming to the iOS app soon with significant improvements and fixes. If this behavior is still inconsistent, it may be resolved in that release.

Please let me know the answers above and what exactly happens when you tap the file.
