Thank you for your message, and I’d be glad to help you get your PersonalBrain 9 installation reactivated on your new computer.

To complete the offline activation process, please follow the steps below. It requires both the offline computer (where you're installing PersonalBrain 9) and access to a second, internet-connected machine:

On the offline computer (with PersonalBrain 9 installed):

1. Launch PersonalBrain 9
2. Go to Help > Offline License Activation
3. Copy or write down the full activation URL shown on the screen

(Example: ps://app.thebrain.com/account?/offlineActivationKey=xxxxx…)

4. Transfer this URL to a device that has internet access

On the online computer:

1. Visit https://app.thebrain.com and log into your account
2. Click your initials in the top-right corner and choose "Account Info and Tools"
3. Select "Offline Activation"
4. Paste the activation URL from the offline machine into the "Offline Activation Key" field
5. Click OK — this will generate a license code

6. Copy or write down the new license key and transfer it back to the offline computer

Back on the offline computer:

1. Open PersonalBrain again
2. Go to Help > Offline License Activation
3. Paste or type in the license key you just generated
4. Restart the application to apply the activation

Once this is complete, you’ll have full Pro functionality, even without internet access. No need to log in or connect, sync is disabled, but your license features will work locally.
