Thank you again for taking the time to speak earlier, just following up here as well.

As we discussed, since the “data integrity scan needed” message can’t be resolved directly on iPadOS, the suggested workaround was to create a .brz backup on your iPad and import it into TheBrain on macOS, where you can run the integrity scan.

The backup process completed successfully, but as you mentioned, some older JPEG files weren’t included in the .brz due to sync/download errors, even though they were previously added and appear harmless. That’s unexpected, and we’ll need to take a closer look to understand what’s causing these attachment issues.

I’m escalating this to our development team so we can investigate further and determine the best next step. We’ll follow up as soon as we have more insight.
