To review this properly, could you please send us a short screen recording of the issue happening?

Please show:

• the web page/image you are trying to capture,
• the Capture Image command you are using,
• where the pointer is placed,
• and the image that is captured afterward.

A recording will help us see whether this is related to the browser window, screen focus, multiple displays, or the capture command itself.

In the meantime, you can use your computer’s built-in screenshot tool and paste the captured image directly into the thought notes.

On Windows:

Windows + Shift + S

On Mac:

Command + Shift + 4

or

Command + Shift + 5
