Thank you very much for the follow-up and for continuing to document the issue so carefully. The additional logs and Word document you’ve attached are very helpful.

From your description, it seems the error consistently appears while editing or saving the attached Word file within the same thought, especially during or right after sync operations. We’ll be reviewing the logs and attached files in more detail to pinpoint what’s happening between TheBrain and Word during that interaction.

We’ll circle back with an update as soon as we’ve gathered more from our review.
