Thank you again for taking the time to document this so carefully and for sharing the sample files.

We’ve reviewed this internally and identified what’s going on. The original Markdown content generated by TheBrain is correct. The truncation you’re seeing is caused by how Obsidian parses the pasted content. To prevent this from surfacing when copying text from TheBrain into other editors, we’ve added a small sanitization step when copying from our notes editor.

This improvement will be included in the upcoming 15.0.505 build.
