Using Cerebro with Broader Brain Context #101055
https://thebrain.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/101055
Hello,
Yes, you can ask Cerebro to use a broader portion of your Brain as context.
While Cerebro may start from the current thought and nearby context, you can prompt it to search more broadly across the Brain and draw connections from other relevant thoughts.
For example, you can ask things like:
“Search this Brain broadly and find any thoughts related to [topic]. Then summarize the main patterns and connections.”
“Look across my Brain for anything related to [person/project/idea] and explain how those items connect.”
“Do not limit the answer to the current thought. Use relevant thoughts from elsewhere in this Brain if they apply.”
For a large Brain, it usually works best to give Cerebro a clear topic, question, person, project, or theme to search around, rather than simply asking it to use “everything” at once. That helps it find the most relevant material and produce a more useful answer.
So yes, broader Brain-level analysis is possible, but the quality of the result depends heavily on how clearly the request is framed.
Best regards,
John
