03:20:32 - ysuratwala@thebrain.com: Hi. Thanks for visiting! Can I help you in any way? ;
03:20:32 - unknown@example.com: what is the best way to import an email into the brain?;
03:22:10 - ysuratwala@thebrain.com: The most popular one is the drag and drop method, May I please know what email service you are using? (Is it outlook for example?);
03:22:33 - unknown@example.com: yes. outlook and gmail;
03:24:05 - ysuratwala@thebrain.com: Ah! When it comes to Outlook, they did change a bit of the syntax and coding so it won't be possible to do so using the usual way but there is a workaround that should work for almost all email services;
03:24:40 - ysuratwala@thebrain.com: Simply open a folder for the Thought where you want to attach the message then drag and drop to that folder.
- Right-click the Thought
- Go to
Add Attachment > Open Thought Folder - Drag the email into the folder
Alternatively you can drag and drop to your desktop and then drag from there to TheBrain.;
03:26:34 - ysuratwala@thebrain.com: Let me know if it works for you :);
03:27:21 - unknown@example.com: ok will do that ;
03:27:23 - unknown@example.com: thanks;
