Thank you for your patience while we continued checking this.

The affected thought IDs shown in the recovery messages are:

We have also added a new option in the next iOS build that will allow you to send note recovery files to us directly. Once that build is available, you will be able to go to:

Gear icon > Support > Note Recovery Files > Send Recovery Files (This will be soon, probably coming Sunday's update).

That should let us receive the recovery files from the iPhone and investigate the note conversion failure more closely.

In the meantime, the most helpful thing would be to identify what kind of note content or edit is triggering the problem. If you are able to locate those two thoughts, please check whether there is anything unusual in the notes, such as pasted content from another app, tables, images, special formatting, links, copied web content, or anything else that may have been added around the time the error appeared.

If you can reproduce the error by adding or editing similar content, please let us know the steps and the source of the content.
