To help us narrow this down, could you please share a bit more detail about your setup and what you’re seeing?

• Which version of TheBrain are you using, including the full version number
• Which platform you’re on, Windows or macOS
• Where you are triggering the action from, for example a menu item, right click menu, or a custom keyboard shortcut
• What happens when you try it, for example does nothing copy, does it copy something unexpected, or do you see any message

If you have a screenshot of your shortcut settings, please resend it at full size so we can read it clearly.

Once we have that, we can advise on the next steps.
