Hello Paul,

Thank you for the kind words, that is great to hear.

At the moment, TheBrain does not directly connect to multiple separate AI subscriptions like Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, X, or individual ChatGPT accounts.

Inside Cerebro, the AI works through the vendors available within TheBrain. When you open Cerebro from the left panel, next to the search bar you will see the current model listed, for example chatgpt 5.1. Clicking that lets you switch between the AI vendors that are currently supported in your build.

If you prefer to use your own API access, you can enter a custom API key under Main menu, AI, General. That allows TheBrain to use your own key with supported vendors.

Local AI is a separate option and is used when connecting to a locally running model or compatible endpoint that you manage.

You can also review your AI usage limits in Main menu, AI, General, where the current limits for your account are displayed.
