What is BrainBox for?

BrainBox lets you capture content from anywhere on the web or your desktop into your Brain with a single click. You can quickly save links, text, images, or entire pages and then organize them into thoughts later. More details here:

Who can access your data?

Your Brains are private. No one can access your data unless you explicitly share a Brain or make it discoverable. If you use TheBrain Cloud Sync, your information is stored securely on Microsoft Azure servers, encrypted both in transit and at rest. Even administrators cannot view your content without your login. The only risk would be if you left your account logged in on a shared or public computer.

Subscription renewal

Your current subscription is the Pro Combo plan, which includes Pro features across platforms and 30GB of cloud storage for sync. If you primarily use TheBrain locally and don’t rely on cloud sync or storage, you technically don’t need to renew, your perpetual Pro license (from v14) will remain valid for local use.
