I do not see the sharing confirmation on our side yet, so could you please double check that support@thebrain.com was added correctly?

Could you also send:

• A screenshot of the Brain sharing or access page
• The Brain ID for the affected Brain

That will help us confirm we are looking at the correct Brain.
