Hello Martha,

I’m sorry this has been so discouraging, especially with a deadline on top of it.

From what you wrote, I think there are a few separate things going on.

For the thought order question, the setting you want is Arrange Thoughts By.

To get to it:

• click on an empty area of the Plex
• look for Arrange Thoughts By
• if it is set to alphabetical, that is why your thoughts are being sorted that way

For the wide spacing on your large screen, that sounds more like a Plex view issue than damage to the Brain itself, so that part should be fixable once we look at it calmly.

For the version 14 issue, I do need a little more detail before I can say what happened. When you have a bit more breathing room after your deadline, please send me:

• what exactly happened when it “cancelled” what you were doing
• whether you saw any message or popup
• a screenshot if it happens again
• and the Output.log file

To get the Output.log on Windows:

• press Win + R
• enter: %LocalAppData%\TheBrain\Logs
• press Enter
• attach the latest Output.log file from that folder
