Thank you for sending the Output.log file.

We reviewed the log, and it shows TheBrain 15 starting in only a few seconds. Because of that, we need to understand what you are seeing on screen during the 10 minutes.

When you launch TheBrain 15, do you see nothing at all, a splash screen, a blank window, or does TheBrain open but a specific Brain takes a long time to load?

If possible, please send a short screen recording showing what happens from the moment you click TheBrain 15 until it becomes usable.

Also, since you mentioned WindowToys, it would be helpful to temporarily disable WindowToys and then try launching TheBrain 15 again. This will help us check whether another window management tool is interfering with the app window appearing.
