Hello Matt,

Thank you for sending the additional screenshots and for the update. I appreciate you also letting us know that you already ran a Data Integrity Scan and rebuilt the search index.

To help us understand what’s happening with the Plex becoming disconnected from the active thought, could you let us know the following:

• Are you able to reproduce this consistently, or does it seem random?
• If it is reproducible, what actions usually lead up to it (for example: navigating quickly between thoughts, expanding the Plex, switching views, editing notes, or cmd + mousewheel up or down, etc.)?
• Does the reconnection eventually happen on its own every time, or have you seen cases where it stays disconnected until you click elsewhere or restart?

If you’re able to capture a short screen recording showing the Plex disconnecting and then attempting to reconnect, that would be extremely helpful, especially if it shows what you were doing just before it occurred.

We are still reviewing the other issue where you sent the video, but this could be related to an ongoing issue that we are working on as well.
