Hello Michael,

Thank you for testing that and for the update.

Since Email Log File crashed twice, please do not keep retrying that step for now. I’ll check from our side whether the crash reports or error reports came through successfully.

At this point, the key details are clear:

• The first issue happened while creating a link

• After sending the error report, the app showed a reload screen, but Reload did not respond

• Force quitting was needed

• Email Log File then crashed during the log sending process

• After restarting, Email Log File crashed again

I’ll bring this back for review and check what the best next step is if the normal mobile log sending path is also crashing.
