Thanks for reaching out on Live Chat yesterday,

On the iPad version of TheBrain, pinned thoughts can appear in two different ways depending on your settings:

If “Show Pins List” is enabled in your Brain Settings, your pinned thoughts will show up in a row at the top of the Plex, just like in the desktop app.
If that option is disabled, you'll instead see a Pin icon directly to the left of the AI button in the main toolbar, tapping that will open your pinned thoughts.

You can toggle this setting by going to the gear icon (Settings) > All Brain Settings > and adjusting the "Show Pins List" option.
