Hello Gary,

The folder paths we gave earlier were not quite right, so please try this instead.

Since you mentioned you are working with one Brain, please paste each of the following IDs into TheBrain’s search bar, one at a time:

988677fa-68bf-4fb3-9734-7af54a6bcd1d

b346048c-5c53-4126-91e7-d4a9f23e021c

For each one:

1. Paste the ID into TheBrain’s search bar.
2. Open/go to the matching thought.
3. Press Ctrl + Shift + F to open that thought’s folder.
4. Zip the entire folder that opens.
5. Send the zip file to us.

Also, if TheBrain locks up again and will not relaunch afterward, you may not need to restart Windows. TheBrain may still be running in the background. Please open Task Manager, end TheBrain from there, then send us a fresh Output.log after the lockup.

Please also still let us know:

• Is C:\Users\Gary\Documents backed up or synced by OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, or another backup/sync tool?
• What antivirus or security software are you using?
