Thank you for your patience. I did some testing, and it turns out Microsoft’s latest update introduced a code change that’s affecting how default browsers are handled (a bug). Because TheBrain follows your operating system’s default app settings for opening links, this update is likely the reason links aren’t opening in Edge as expected.

A reliable workaround for now would be to temporarily uninstall Chrome so that your system automatically defaults back to Edge. You can then reinstall Chrome afterwards if you still want it available. This forces Windows to recognize Edge as the true default browser for all apps, including TheBrain.

We’ll keep an eye on this in case Microsoft (such a nice indie developer, right?) or our team finds a fix that doesn’t require the extra step.
