Hello Michael,

Thank you for sending the zipped thought folder.

We tested the folder contents on our side, and the note images rendered correctly in the note and also on a newly shared public thought page. We were not able to reproduce the 500 error with the same content.

Could you please try deleting the current shared link for that thought, then publish/share the thought again to create a fresh shared link?

After republishing, please check whether the images display correctly on the new shared page.

If the images still fail after recreating the shared link, please send us the new shared link so we can investigate further.
