Cerebro Reliability Concern #101397

Hello Rolf,

Thank you for the screenshots and for documenting what happened.

I understand the concern: Cerebro reported that requested changes had been completed, but the results were inconsistent or were not fully verified. That makes it difficult to rely on for important edits inside your Brain.

To help us review the specific failure, please send one complete example showing:

• the original instruction given to Cerebro,
• the thoughts or notes it was supposed to change,
• the expected result,
• and the actual result.

Please also make sure Cerebro has all required permissions enabled for the actions you are requesting. If a permission is disabled, Cerebro may be able to discuss or propose a change without being able to complete the corresponding action.

For complex, multi-step requests, enabling Extended Thinking at the bottom of the query box may also help.

After Cerebro makes changes, please review the affected thoughts before continuing with additional instructions. If something was changed incorrectly, you can use Undo promptly and recheck the Brain before asking Cerebro to proceed further.

The screenshots show the later disagreement and contradictory completion claims, but the original request would help us determine where the action failed.
