There are a couple of common reasons why thoughts may not appear in numeric order:

Sorting Mode

Please check how the thoughts are currently sorted:

• Right-click in the Plex

• Select Sort Thoughts

• Make sure it is set to a sorting mode like Name

Hidden Decimal / Formatting

Sometimes numbering may look correct visually but sort differently due to hidden or subtle formatting.

For example:

• Using values like .1 or 0.1 at the beginning of a thought name can affect ordering. These may not be visually obvious but still influence the sort order in ascending or descending ways.

• In some cases, numbers are treated as text, so “10” may appear before “2”

To fix this, you can:

• Use consistent numbering like 01, 02, 03...

• Or adjust naming to ensure proper numeric sorting
