Thanks for following up, and no worries at all about the chat timing.

At the moment, it’s not possible to query an entire Brain or a specific branch (e.g., a thought with all its children and jumps) using the AI button. The current AI integration only works with the active thought, plus any manually entered context or thoughts you set to provide.

We’ve received similar feature requests, including AI-driven summaries across broader structures, and intelligent linking back to source thoughts, but these are not yet available. While it’s something the team is exploring, we can’t give a timeline or confirm implementation details at this stage.
