Yes. Sync between Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android is provided by TheBrain Cloud Services (part of Pro Service / Pro Combo). TheBrain

Is the iOS app included in the price?

The iOS app itself is free to install. Pro features + syncing on iOS are enabled by your Cloud Services (Pro Service / Pro Combo), there’s no separate iOS fee beyond your subscription. Is the cloud “$16/month,” and what happens if I stop?

• Pro Service (Cloud Services only) is $16/month (or $180/year). It includes Pro features, web access, secure backup, 30 GB online storage, and sync across devices (incl. iOS). TheBrain
• If the subscription expires, cloud services end and the desktop app reverts to the Free edition (your local data remains; you just lose Pro/cloud features like sync and AI).
